The "imregconfig" and " imregister" functions . help

i use matlab R2011b and i cant find The "imregconfig" and " imregister" functions because i want to use them in my code . i find simple example like this i try to apply it but it get me error like this example

You will not find these functions with your version of MATLAB because they were made available quite recently with the R2012a version
