Threshold image shoulder body

Hello, I am currently working on shoulder pattern recognition to classify gender from their shoulder pattern. But after I try to convert it to the binary image. Still, the value of threshold doesn't fit on all image. So the binary image for one value threshold doesn't fit for all image. Can you help me, what is the best way for this problem? Is there any method to make threshold automatically good for all image that detected?
