I need some help in evaluating a distribution fitting for my data

Hello there, I have built a 3D mesh for objects related to some cases of inter-vertebral discs, and then I calculated the Gaussian Curvature in order to differentiate between objects to normal or abnormal. Finally i have a vector containing the curvature of each triangle in the 3D mesh. Now, when i plot the resulted values i got it like the attached image. the left is a normal case where the right is an abnormal case. the x axis is defining the triangle number and the y axis is defining the Gaussian curvature value. My question is, How i can present the diffidence between the two cases mathematically or Statistically? Please help me drawing any idea in my mind.
