Can anybody please suggest me how can I be able to implement typed digits [0-9] recognition technique?

I have done segmentation of digits and stored them in a file location. Now, I need to implement recognition technique for those digits. Need some suggestion in this regard. My segmented digits sample is attached for further clarification.

The usual way is deep learning. Do a search for "mnist digits" and something like "deep learning", "neural network", etc. and I'm sure you'll find it.
