about Laplacian Score for Feature Selection

I try to select anthropometry of HRTF(Head Related Transfer Function),while,the result I got seems to be wrong. Thus,I wonder if there is some conditions for the Feature selected? Can I use Laplacian Score to select anthropometry of HRTF?
