How can I develop a battery degradation model?

I have a data set that contains 3 input variables that affect the output variable (battery health). As expected, the battery health decreases with time, and I pretend to model the degradation in function of the 3 inputs.

My goal is to predict the evolution of battery degradation in the future, with new values.

What MatLab tool or app should I use in order to minimize my error and improve the model's reliability? ANN ? Regression learner?
