Cannot create a file

Hey everyone,

I have to save an image to a file with imwrite function however, if file does not exists, my script fails with the error message "You might not have write permission". If the file already exists, no failing occurs. I thought to create an empty file with fprint before saving the image but the fopen returns -1 and i can't do it. How can I resolve this?
