How can I import data from workspace to GUI?

I have written a GUI with GUIDE and now I have to import data from the workspace to my GUI.

Data is a row vector (a signal) but is a field of a struct that contains this signal and others data.

How can I do this operation? Someone can tell me the commands to do this?

In GUI's function

DataHere     = MyStructHere.Data;
