lmgrd is not running: Cannot connect to license server system.

Hi i have problem with license server maybe someone can help

here's the error.

Have the same problem with the license manager of R2012b on a Ubuntu 20.10 machine. Same error occurs if the lm is started in runlevel 2 by included boot scripts (they worked fine in Ubuntu 16.04).

Manual start works, but only as long as the starting user is logged in. Any way to get it working at boot time?

You need to restart lmgrd daemon by the following.

/usr/local/MATLAB/R2015b/etc/lmstart

If the issue still exists, you had better contact MathWorks's customer support team (from here).

Now our license manager running well..

Before i post to this community, i've try the command line but it didn't work.
