FFT and filterinq with moving window

hello everyone

I have a vector (signal) x (1x1799) saved as x.mat where the sampling frequency is Fs=30 and samples number is Ns=1799

how can I apply a FFT moving window of 60 samples then a low pass filtering according to the maximum peak of the spectrum on the same window and this each time on all the signal and finally show the results
