Read data from a Simulink scope in App designer

I want to read the displayed data from a Simulink scope in a running simulation and display it in an app created with app designer.

The scope in the app will to be updated with a periodic timer.

is it possibile to do this?

If yes, can you please give an example, how to do it.

I would wonder if you find out how to do it? I would do very much the same to plot the runtime data from Simulink simulation from within MATAL App.
