Cube Surface plot from an experimental design

Hi,

Please could you help me in the following problem?

I need to create a 3d cube response surface from a experimental design where I have 3 variables in 3 different levels.

The matrix (mat) is composed by 4 columns where columns 1-3 are variables and column 4 is the response. The rows represents the combination between the levels of the variables and their respective response.

How can I create a plot similar to those ones in the figure below?
