Can you recommend a speech recognition software package?

Hi,

I basically need some kind of speech recognition software which is able to identify the numbers 1-20 and around 20 words. I guess you could call it isolated word recognition?

Based upon the aforementioned words and numbers, I would like Matlab to initiate a few (very simple) processes. I am aware of the presence of various existing (Matlab) speech recognition packages, but I cannot seem to find a choice which fits my needs.

Any suggestions?

Ok, I had the impression that one does not make a distinction between speech and voice recognition but rather uses the term voice recognition implicitly referring to both?

It is not in English however. Also, some users complain about the quality of the scripts.
