How do I save the history of length change of the 6 joints in the stewart platform with gripper ?

Hi all
On the stewart platform with gripper example in MATLAB, I need to modify its fixed point of its legs coordinates and then also get a time history of the joiint length variation in a txt file. how would I do that ?
