how can i find the center of hot objects in thermal images?

I have a set of thermal images showing objects that are different from the background of the image.

The output of the program should be: 1. The coordinates of the center of each object. 2. Marking the center of each object on the original image.

As you can see, in the example picture, there is sometimes an object connected to another object, and sometimes the objects are not very clear (relative to the background).
