In my experience, it usually has happened within a day, even a few hours. However, I might think of a couple of reasons why it might have taken longer. I'm not certain what the approval process takes, and that process may change with time, depending on what attacks spammers decide to throw at the system. But I would imagine they check for obvious problems, like the inclusion of p-code, or obvious spam. (And yes, I have seen spammers try to use the FEX to post spam. When I have noticed something illicit get through, I've reported it to the FEX admin and had it removed.)
So it may be they saw something problematic in your post. Or, it may simply be the FEX admin is on vacation.
Currently, I find one item on the FEX of yours.
Outside of the presence of some functions with poor name choices for anyone to download and use, I see no obvious problems, so I will guess this is not the post you are talking about. (That is, you used Untitled, Untitled3, and Untitledcom as function names. These are arguably poor choices of names, certainly the first, because this is the default name chosen by the editor. So it could esily get stepped on by the same name from some other new user who tries to use your code.)
I'd give it about 6 more hours, as it is still 6am East coast time as I write this. If you still see an issue, then respond back here, and I will look more deeply into it. I'll look in on your question again around then.
