I didn't remove any of your other posts because they each had different kinds of images in them though they were all basically the same question. I still think my answers there hold.
Regardless, I have a new answer based on your new info, and that answer is given below in the Answers section.

But you have provided no information about this new situation and its requirements that would lead someone to give a different answer than for your previous post. Questions that invite identical answers are going to be considered identical questions and thus are likely to be closed/deleted by forum editors.
But aside from that, it is in your own interests to explain how the problem is different, because otherwise contributors will just repeat their answer from before, and it will waste your time.
If the problem is the same, but you are simply unsatisfied with the answer you got, that is not a valid reason to reboot the post. You are meant to respond to the answers in comment boxes so that the forum can converge iteratively to a solution for you.

This is not new, people have worked on this a long time. You can probably even buy such a system. If you want a home-built system or want to reinvent or improve upon the wheel, you can do a search in Vision Bibliography: Search Vision Bibliography
Use terms like weeds or crops and you'll find published algorithms like
Segmentation of Plants and Weeds for a Precision Crop Protection Robot Using Infrared Images,
IR. BibRef
and countless other articles. Just pick one and contact the author for code. I'm sure they would be willing to sell or give it to you. Otherwise, code it up yourself following the algorithm given in the paper.
