Does the Deep Learning Toolbox use static and/or dynamic computation graphs?

I would like to know what type of computation graphs are used by the Deep Learning Toolbox. Is it somewhere documented?

Currently, the Deep Learning toolbox only uses static computation graphs.

I am unable to find any documentation for this. I will pass on this information to the concerned team.
