how to write programme and plot velocity law for two different zone in one?

Respected sir
According to my problem two different velocity law(distance depend) are there. first law valid upto y=0.3 second law valid from y=0.3 to 1. I want to combine these in the form of programme. Please help me.
NOTE: I WANT DIVISON OF Y IN 0.01 RANGE
