how to create contour plot using polar data?

Hello

i have three column metrix of distance(r),angle(theta) and Z all are having sixe 1X24000; How can i plot (contour) it in polar coordinate. If data is grided then totalvalue of Z can be taken for a particuler grid.

any help will be highly appreciated.
