How can I build a menu like this?

What is a menu with a link? Where should the "menu" occur? In the command window, as contextmenu (if so: of which object?), as uimenu or in the menubar of a figure? What exactly is "this link"? You have posted a screenshot, so we cannot test where which link points to. Maybe you mean a link to your screen shot? Or to the documentation of Matlab in the Web, or to a local documentation on your machine, or in your private network. Or you mean the string displayed at the bottom of your screenshot. Then remember that a link is not useful without a definition, which program should display the linked contents. Do you want to open the help browser or a web browser?

I want to build a menu with links using the guide and program. I want to use that instead a button.

I want when the user click on the word, the menu shows a text. I don't know how to do the words work that form.

If you create a popup menu in GUIDE, selecting a row will call the corresponding callback. Then you can start what ever you want inside this callback based on the selection. You cannot insert a link directly into the popup menu. Example:

So your callback can contain the code to open a specific file in the help browser or web browser.

What kind of menu do you want to open where, what should it contain and what should happen if you click on one of the entries? What is the connection to the posted screenshot? "Click on a word" is not useful as long as it is not mention, what you consider as "a word". Where should this word occur?

Your description is still not clear enough to understand, what you want to achieve. The screenshot is not useful, because you ask for a menu but the marked location in the screenshot does not contain a menu.

Open the matlab and click on the help ( the question mark). So, it opens a menu, like the picture I posted. If you click on thst words which i circled, the program shows an other menu or other page. For example. If you click on the word MATLAB, the program shows a page with a text about matlab.

I want to do something like that, but insted the program shows an other page, the words will be on a painel and the text will be showed on other painel. That painel was created using the guide.

So you have an uipanel and written some text to it. This can be done by creating an axes and using text, or by a uicontrol with the style 'text'. With these methods you cannot create active links.
