Raviteja - what is resample? Is it the MATLAB function or are you expecting it to be something else? If it is the function, does your extract function expect a function handle as its first input parameter?

Even i dont know that exactly, i have given pervious program for one task in my Thesis. So that i should run that program so that i will get the values

We do not have your function named extract so it is difficult for us to predict how it is intended to be called.

You could try

d = extract(@resample, rot, size(b,1)/2);
e = extract(a, size(b,1)/2);

but I would not be surprised if it fails.
