2018b Applicaiton/Library Compiler File Analysis Error

When trying to use either the Application or Library Compiler I receive the following error after selecting the main file.

File Analysis was canceled because the following error occurred:

Databse file "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2018b\toolbox\matlab\depfun\+matlab\+depfun\+internal\requirements_win64_dfdb" does not exist.

I checked the path and sure enough that file does not exist. Is this an installation issue or is there some setup process before using the Compiler?

I encountered the same problem, but after I installed the "Matlab Compiler" from the Add-ons, the error was resolved.
