Error Starting Desktop - Windows 10 - MATLAB R2018b

I cannot start MATLAB. It is my first time to install to my computer. It is the free trial version. What should I do?

I found out that the problem was caused by having a "ç" character in my user account's name in my computer. Matlab made other folders for other installed files which in the end resulted to Matlab application not finding the necessary files to launch.

I changed my user account in my computer and just used the alphabets.
