Hello, please kindly assist,
I am ruminating on how to go about a task I have at hand (that requires good speed). I would like to know whether I could be able to use the classification part of a deep learning detection model (e.g Faster RCNN) for classification before using it for detection (or to switch) without having to deploy seperate classification model.
If yes, please kindly lead me through.
Reason:
Since generally classification is faster than detection, I would love to use the underlying classification in a deep learning object detector before deciding to continue with detection or not. And of course, without trainning seperate classification model for the same task.
