Hi all,
I have recently installed MATLAB R2018b in a Windows 7 PC. I need it mainly to control an Arduino and record from 2-3 cameras. However, I cannot install the packages required to do so. The 'Get Add-ons' button in the Home tab does nothing. So, I tried downloading the packages and installing them manually, but when I tried double-clicking them that did nothing either. I also tried
open osgenericvideointerface.mlpkginstall
but that did nothing either. No errors, nothing.
Additionally, when I try to start the Image Acquisition tool, I get the warning 'No Image Acquisition adaptors found' and long error messages..
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Theo

Did you manage to solve the problem? I'm also having the problem where the Get Add-ons button is not working, I'm on 2018a and Linux though

Nope, nothing I tried worked.. (I also tried with 2018a) Ended up using another computer in the setup for the job.

I'm on 2021b and I'm having the same issue. I'm very annoyed.
