fail to load library 'dsparch4' reference

I've got this error msg: fail to load library 'dsparch4' referencesd by 'Analog filter Design' in Simulink. How should I fix this? What is the Library that I should add?

I am experiencing this issue as well. It happened when I sent a model I created to a colleague and he received this error. Any luck resolving this issue?

I've met the same problem as well. After Instaling DSP system toolbox solve this problem.
