Software caused connection abort

I am using windows 10. I am using Mobaxtrem to connect to the server PC (linux) in order to compute (Faster RCNN for Object Detection) in server PC. But, I get the following error which stops the matlab in the middle of the computation.
'Software caused connection abort'
Is there any solution? Any way to continue to compute in the background despite connection problem?
