16 Bit ITU-T CRC on vector

Greetings,

I have a 1024 X 1 bit vertical vector that I need to run a 16 bit ITU-T CRC on and load the two haves of the result on the last two bits. (Rows 1024 and 1025)

Can anyone help me on this. I know how to add the CRC result on the end. But running it is a problem and is not working.
