SIMULINK model of a mass-spring with discrete external force is stuck

I'm trying to implement this Modelica model in SIMULINK to see why it is stuck on OpenModelica. I see that SIMULINK is also not able to finish the simulation though!

Hey Foad,
I tried running your model at my end and similarly got stuck at ~29%. It actually isnt stuck, it is just progressing very slowly. Try using any stiff solver by choosing it from Configuration Parameters->Solver.
