There is a error about ‘java’ when my matlab code is running

It seems that my program still running when the 'java' error occur , Is there some effects to my program. and WHY? thank you for taking your time

Yeah, get used to it. I see this at least once a day. Often you can ignore it. If things get really flaky on you, then just restart MATLAB.
