how to generate two bits of data

tag_arr = randi[0:1,1:5]

this gives an output of

1 0 0 0 1

but i want to generate two bits binary data like the expected output should be

10 01 11 10 11 (random two bits binary data)

How should i code sytax for that?? Kindly help
