Numerical detection from AVI video files

I am trying to do some off-line analysis of some video viles that I have collected. Use file below for reference. What I would like to do is have a script that pulls in the video file (AVI) and reads the PSV, MnV, and Flow T values for each frame and then gives them to me in and table where C1 = Framer #, C2= PSV, C3= MnV, and C4= FlowT. Essentially everything above the box labeled D.Trace Calc is irrelevant and does not need to be read by matlab.
