concatenating 3x1 array

I have value like this

18.000000

11.000000

5.635000

I want it to concatenate like this

18:11:5.635

how can I do this can any body guide me.

You forgot to mention the necessary details (datetime?)

18.00 is the hour, 11 is the minute, 5.635 is the seconds
