hy i had a 3d matrix with segmentation images and i can´t made a 3d image(volume).

i need a 3d image registration, with two images 3d with volume.

i need made a registration 3d, how i will align 3d matrix? i need convert this image?(is logical), the images in matrix is binary, lung segmentation. and i dont understand how i will alig 3d matix
