how can I get the "Vector Virtual channel" ?

I watched the webinars about "How to use the Vehicle Network Toolbox",and I found that when the speaker configures the "CAN Configuration",and at the device drop-down menu,it has a "Vector Virtual channel",but I have not it in my Simulink,so I want to known how can I get it?

When using a recent MATLAB release you can install the Vector CAN Devices support package using Add-On Explorer (which will download and install Vector Driver Setup automatically).

Hi,
Please follow the following link and install Vector drivers. http://www.mathworks.com/help/toolbox/vnt/ug/br2lgng-1.html#br2lgng-3
Once done, you should be able to see the Virtual Channels in MATLAB and through Vehicle Network Toolbox Simulink blocks.
Thanks
Shankar

Yes, Vector XL driver library is the right one. A few things to do/check:
1. Did you copy the vxlapi.dll library into the system32 directory? This is the final step that needs to be done. If you miss that you will be unable to see the channels even though you downloaded and installed the vector driver library.
2. Once you do the installations, please close and re-open MATLAB.
Thanks.

Yes,I have copied the vxlapi.dll library into the system32 directory, and when I connected the CANcaseXL hardware to my PC,there were "Vector CANcaseXL channels 1-2" at the device drop-down menu.Just can't find the Virtual channel.
Thanks.

Can you run Vector hardware configuration utility (vcanconf.exe). It can be found in the Control Panel or type vcanconf in Windows Run option. Once run, do you see the virtual channels under Hardware.

Yes,when I run the vcanconf, the dialog box is below:
Is it because the Hardware has no license?
