Need help calculating ANOCOVA test

Hi, I'm trying to do a simple 1-way ANCOVA (analysis of covariance) with a single covariate, such that: table(:,1) is the grouping table(:,2) is the variable data table(:,3) is the covariate (non-continuous) and all I want is the P value. That's it. I should probably use ANOVAN or AOCTOOL, but the help for these functions is quite obscure. Any assistance will be highly appreciated! B.
