How to simulate uplink sounding reference signal (SRS) for few hours and then calculate SNR from the received signal at enb?

I want to send SRS signal (for seven hours) from a UE to eNB through a rayleigh fading channel and once when this signal is received at eNB, I want to calculate its SNR. How would I do this. Help with Matlab code incorporated will be very much appreciated.
