Simulation for a 230V 50Hz Solar inverter with DC-DC boost

I'm trying to simulate a DC-DC boost converter and inverter for use in an off-grid system, from a 12/16V output of the panel to 230V AC with a freq of 50Hz through Pulse Width Modulation. Even with the templates available here, I'm having issues. Does anyone have a basic design or advice to help me? Cheers.

Alexander, please browse the Matlab file exchange to see if the users have posted any designs. It'll be helpful if can you give us more details on the kind of problems you're facing and attach the model or screenshots.
