Great Circle Distance help?

So I'm working on a project where we have to take a given data set and input the whole 2 by 2 into a great circle distance formula which I think we hace to make but i'm not sure how to even start.

Also, you can avoid using radians by using the degree versions of the functions cosd(), sind(), and tand().
