How launch simulink from powershell/command prompt without running matlab first? For some reason I need launch simulink separately from matlab. Is it possible? Thank you!

According to my understanding, I don't think so this is possible.Look into below thread.https://in.mathworks.com/help/simulink/ug/starting-simulink-software.html
