question about directories selection in matlab GUI

Greetz to everybody!!!

I have a question to you. I have some directories which I want to select and afterwards to do it something with them. For instance: I want to select couple of directories from one list box to do "ADD" and they will be in another list box. After that selection I want to do some "Done" button to do something with that directories. As I understand I need to overload somehow CTRL button. How can I do this? Any suggestions?

Although I do not know a CTRL button, I'm convinced, that buttons cannot be "overloaded". Currently the question is to vague for an efficient answer. I suggest to post, what you have done so far and ask explain a specific problem.
