Creating a Subsystem and aligning the inports and outports

Hi
I am copying the set of blocks from one model to the other model inside a top-level subsystem by using the command "copyContentsToSubSystem". After that i am creating the inport and outport in the top-level subsystem. I have set the position properly to the susbsystem porthandles. But the inport and outport positions are mixed with eachand every one and its not looking good. How to leave the gap between the inport and outport?

Now sure what you mean by "But the inport and outport positions are mixed with eachand every one and its not looking good" - could you provide a snapshot maybe? See Where can I upload images and files for use on MATLAB Answers?
Also, it appears that you are manually creating the inport/outport blocks, so I'm confused about why there is trouble regarding their positions.

I am trying to create the input and output port automatically(thru m script). I am taking the Subsystem portHandles.Inport position and setting the postion for input. Once all the input and output are created, it is mixed with one and other. The signal names are not clearly visible to read. Is there any way to leave the enough space between the two input(or output) ports?
