I'm a student but can't download the predictive maintenance package for free

I'm a student at the Eindhoven University of Technology and the university has a campus wide license for Matlab. However when I try to download the Predictive Maintenance Toolbox, it says I have to pay in order to download it.

(Note: that toolbox is not available for Student licenses. It is, however, potentially available for Academic licenses, including Total Academic Headcount licenses, which is what your university might have. It is a fairly new toolbox, R2018a onwards, so it is possible that EUT and Mathworks have not negotiated prices on it yet.
