Opening .m files in Matlab mobile directly from your phone (not cloud)

I'm away from my computer, and would like to edit, or at least run a .m script for a group assignment. It is not in my cloud, however I did download it from an email sent by a groupmate. Is there any way to open this file directly from the downloads folder of my phone's internal storage (android), or would I need to put said file in the MatLab cloud first?

A quick search shows that there are number of available text editors for Android, https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/x-distraction-free-text-editors-for-android-compared-which-is-best/

On my android system, if I were to download that .zip it would automatically unzip it into the Downloads directory, leaving a bunch of directories with .m files in them. I would then be able to use MATLAB Mobile "Files" section to upload the files to MATLAB Online.
However, it would be more direct to go into MATLAB online and create a directory and cd into the directory and command
urlwrite('https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/uploaded_files/322990/chapter_03.zip', 'chapter_03.zip')
unzip chapter_03.zip
