Parzen Window Density Estimation in Probabilistic Load Flow

Hi,

I wanna implement PW method for probabilistic load flow of some power system.

May anybody guide me, How

1: to draw a sample vector form random variable X?

2: to adjust the Parzen Window length?

3: to determine the test point vector?

4: Is there any MATLAB buitin feature for this or I have to encode every mathematical expression by my self?
