Can anyone help me with the MATLAB code for this equation?

I am working on a paper for which I am using the solution to the general BASS ODE model as means of defining the dynamic impact of a set of conditions on infection rate over a defined time. I have deduced the model as shown in the attached Pictures

Can someone assist with the MATLAB Code that solves this when I load it with data?
