What license would cover the following application: making public videos/live streaming tutorials regarding Matlab/Simulink

I''m a student. I guess it would not count as a direct commercial use? Or would it?

Student licences only cover MATLAB use for courses and degree requirements.
Home license could potentially cover what you described, provided there was no monitization such as ad revenue, and you were not using it to promote yourself.
