I have problem when i use FLC controller in matlab simulink

Hi

I have two problems:

1- why the output of fuzzy controller module in matlab simulink is zero for the all time?

2- I use the FLc controller module in matlab simulink file.when I run the simulink file, the output of fuzzy controller has some non zeroes values.

but when I use the sim command in the m file the output of flc function output in the simulink file is zero for the all times.

I use the "to worksapce module " in simulink file.
