create block "circle gain"

In simulink, I need is to create a block that has the same function as volume "slider gain", the present volume "slider gain" in simulink is horizontal slider, I need to create blocks that when you run it out 360-degree circle, when clicking a location on the circle, it gave the corresponding corner of the mouse position.
